Shana Alexander

Shana Alexander as both an entrepreneur and intrapreneur is currently a c-suite executive, board member, advisor, coach, and consultant. She has gained wisdom from a thirty-five-year career in management, finance, banking, insurance, retail, and philanthropy.  She has worked at the intersections of large and small, public and private, for-profit and nonprofit companies. As CEO of Nabu, she continues to serve the business and discreet affairs of private enterprise and prominent families. 

Over her career, Shana has demonstrated visionary, transformational, and multi-disciplined skills with high competence and an authentic balance of analytical, intuitive, and pragmatic leadership.  Her knowledge and expertise lean into all facets of strategizing, managing, planning, structuring, and operations with accomplishments marked by integrity, confidentiality, trust, and impact.  She became known and respected for her successful track record and industry knowledge, including an astute understanding of business objectives and complexities at all wealth or most cap levels, operational structures, organizational sizes, and service models.

During this time, Shana has developed an extensive global network of contemporaries and has earned a reputation for service with the highest standards of integrity, genuine concern, and understanding. She has served on several boards for both private companies and operating nonprofit charities. While President of the California Youth Theatre, Inc., Shana was recognized by the City of Los Angeles for her leadership in the early redevelopment of Hollywood by pioneering the first private-municipal note in the state of California.  She serves her passion for international women’s issues by sitting on the Harvard Kennedy School Women in Public Policy Program’s Women’s Leadership Board. Shana is advancing her professional education in the importance of conscious leadership and its transformational effects on intra- and inter-personal relationships, organizational performance, and social systems.  She is working on a Doctorate in Philosophy at the California Institute for Integral and Transpersonal Psychology, School of Consciousness and Transformation.  She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership, a certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She holds numerous industry-related awards, certificates, and licenses.
